Not only has ChoiceA filled a gaping hole in the industry, but they've hit a grand slam. Sure there are legions of intelligent buyers and sellers clamoring for an alternative to the fleecing they are accustomed to receiving from agents, but ChoiceA has provided them with far more than what you'd expect from the maiden voyage of an Internet portal. Buyers and sellers alike will find that not only have they saved insane amounts of transaction money, but they did so with no hassle, and no learning curve. Finally a company has figured out how to make a robust, fast, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing site that doesn't take an engineering degree and roll of duct tape to successfully navigate. I suspect big things are in store for ChoiceA.

Why am I so confident, and raving like I just found $20,000 I forgot I had? I basically did. I'm about to make a seven figure transaction ... for free.

For a free service this site is pretty cool...I have had luck looking for homes for sale in my area. I understand the company intends to ramp up advertising so more people will no doubt come to the site, either to sell or buy. Suggestion is to spread the word to friends--good luck Choice A..."please up the stakes" and advertise, advertise ADVERTISE for us all!!!

looks like these guys are just getting started, but looks good. most of their listings are in the NW, hope it catches on and moves to the rest of the country. nice concept.
