Nothing works on this website. Has given me a lot of frustration and I almost lost some customers.
You prepare the shipment, then pay, then try to print the label and the print label link doesn't work, and there is no way to get back your shipping. The tracking number has been prepared, sent to your customer but there is no way for you to print the label anymore.
contact customer support, and it takes them 2 business days to resolve this issue.
Go to other shipping websites, avoid red roller.

I went on this website to try and ship a dummy package to test it's validity. The only options that where available were DHL and the USPS two options I avoid like the flu. DHL consistently misses pick ups and never delivers on time. The USPS tracking is never trackable. In my 15 years of logistics experience these two options that came up for a simple 5lb box going from my work to my home, why wasn't UPS or FedEx an option? I smell an inside job on this one. Maybe the web site should be RedRoller.com/DHL/USPS
