As the creator of this site, I can't really review it. However, I can describe it a bit to give you a feel for its purpose: Wikipages is a wiki business directory currently focused on New York City. It's built using MediaWiki, the same wiki engine that runs Wikipedia and a large number of other wiki sites. Our goal is to be a community resource inspired by Craig's List (not too commercial, but enough to pay the bills), and to provide a useful service to the thousands of small businesses out there that need a web presence but do not have a website of their own.
